Many have offered suggestions. Here are some of the things that I am considering implementing:

• Interactive Periodic Table
  • Crystal structure
  • Isotopes
  • Resizable subwindows
  • Movable (repositionable) individual elements
  • Better (working) preloader
  • Randomizable (removable) gradient backgrounds
  • Creating true components within Flash (hopefully, this will allow more efficient and smaller code).

• Standalone Flash Applets
  • Show carbon structures other than alkanes
  • Tool for naming element combinations
  • Breakout functionality of Interactive Periodic Table into separate applets

Some kind person sent me a whole email full of great suggestions and (oops!) now I can't find it. To whomever sent me those, thank you, but could you resend them?
