Gosh, my web site doesn't actually collect data about anyone, so there is nothing about which to be private. In the extremely rare (read 2) cases in which someone has actually sent me the information I requested, namely school, instructor's name, textbook name, not only did I receive just partial information, but it held no identifying information about any student. So, no policy.

However, speaking as a 2-time victim of identity theft myself, know that if I did collect personally identifying data, I would never do anything with it that I wouldn't want others to do with data about myself.

That aside, this seems like a reasonable place to also put some sort of legalistic qualification about the appliction. Namely, if it is at all possible to get hurt or cause damage by using this table, it is solely your fault and not mine.
